On November 23, New Zealand game studio Grinding Gear Games announced it will add three epic events to the game in December 2020, and end the year in the hottest and most enthusiastic way. 

These activities include a week-long Mayhem event, a week-long Endless Delve event, and a three-week Heist Flashback event.

This is their next schedule:

• Dec 11 - One-Week Endless Delve
• Dec 18 - Three-Week Heist Flashback
• Jan 7 - 3.13 Announcement Livestream
• Jan 11 - Heist Ends on PC
• Jan 15 - 3.13 PC Launch
• Jan 21 - 3.13 Console Launch

There are currently three time standards, Greenwich Mean Time, Pacific Standard Time, and Eastern Time. Taking Eastern Time as an example, players can enter the event on time at 3 pm on December 4 to enjoy a new adventure. This is an unruly battle and adventure, which means that players not only have to be vigilant about the surrounding dangers but also beware of whether other players will attack themselves to rob their belongings. The Mayhem event takes classic path of exile league modifiers from Anarchy, Invasion, Breach, Ambush, Torment and Harbinger and pushes them to the extreme. In each area you'll encounter one of the following scenarios: 20 Rogue Exiles, 20 Strongboxes, 20 Invasion Bosses, 10 Breaches, 20 Tormented Spirits or 20 Harbingers. 

The second event is called Endless Delve. The one-week period will begin at 12 pm Pacific Standard Time on December 11 and will hold entirely at the Azurite Mine. In this unique event, players will plunge into dangerous darkness with some starter equipment. At various level thresholds, you'll have access to the passive points you'd normally gain from quests and incur Kitava's resistance penalties. You'll also be able to ascend your character by using the Altar of Ascendancy from within the mine encampment. Lilly Roth will be available alongside Niko to provide access to skill gems.

The three-week Heist Flashback. Starting at 12 PM (Pacific Time) on December 18th, each game area will contain several popular mods from past leagues. The Heist Flashback event is all about the ruckus. In each area you'll contest with several popular mods from past leagues in a harrowing mad-dash for power and glory. Players who want to achieve greater achievements are best to buy poe items and poe currency in advance to help them improve their strength.
